Welcome to SeanCarney.com This is a not-for-profit website that I use mostly for the email functions and sharing some pictures/ information. It's a work in progress for sure - I just don't get much time to work on it. Being the Thanksgiving season, I want to acknowledge Dale Kovar of the Facebook group 'WKRP In Cincinnati WKRP" for posting the full WKRP Turkeys Away episode to Facebook - link on opening page. Model Making

I like making remote-controlled models best of all, because after putting in the work you can drive or fly the finished model. I now own a number of cars, boats, ships, helicopters and planes that I have a lot of fun with in my spare time! I drive the cars both on-road and off-road – over meadows, fields and through woods. I also enjoy letting the airplanes take off. Everything I do with a finished model fills me with incredible pride. As soon as I see something flying or sailing by itself, I know that all the time and effort I put into the model was worth it.

Model making requires a lot of time, and the maker needs to have a good eye for detail. As well as the pieces for construction themselves, you need a few special tools. Any tools you can't buy, you can manufacture yourself with a little creativity. For example, a toothbrush can become a grindstone, amongst other things. With a great deal of patience, I've already put together countless models.

I hope this section provides you with a helpful foundation for your own model making.
